Many bird’s nest consumers will eat 3-4g of bird’s nest per day, and 3-4 days per week. However, cooking bird’s nest soup is not a convenient routine on a daily basis. It takes nearly 4 hours from soaking to cooking.

SAVE YOUR COOKING TIME

Birds Nest helps to save time for busy people. With this new design, you can stew 4 servings for the whole week at a time, so you can take a 12-16 hour task to 3-4 hours.

TAPERED FORM

The tapered form helps to retain heat well and provide more space to contain water at the bottom.

SECONDARY POT

The pot is multifunctional. You can either stew the bird’s nest with these inner cups or only use the secondary pot for heating milk or cooking noodles.

CELADON GREEN

Bird’s nest is a status symbol in ancient China, and only the royal family had access to it. Bird’s nest soup would be placed in delicate porcelain. This cultural use of celadon green will make bird’s nest lovers feel special and pampered.

REDUCE NUTRIENT LOSS

birds nest transparent.jpg

The stewpot can keep at a lower constant temperature so that it can reduce nutrient loss during the cooking process.

This is because there’s a space between the inner stew cups and the pot. The space allows for water insulation to keep the temperature constant at 100°C, which is much lower than that in the general iron pot which is up to 300-400°C. Thus, the nutrition in the bird’s nest soup can be largely maintained.

SAVE SHIFTING TIME

SCENE 1 : STOVETOP

During the whole process, you don’t need to pour the soup out into other containers or bowls, so it saves a lot of time on shifting and washing extra dishes. The stew cup is multi-functional from cooking to storage, and storage to eating.

When the soup is done, you can take these cups out with the ring handle. They can also become airtight containers for storage if you use them with the lids.

SCENE 2 : FRIDGE

When the lids are placed, you can insert them into the fridge. There are two arrangements you can choose according to the space available in your fridge. You could either put them in circles or line them up neatly to maintain efficient space use.
